RECYCLED MATERIALS

CŵLTech™ ECO-FABRIC

Performance Engineered. Sustainability Considered.

CŵLTech™ Eco-Fabric is CLWB Sports’ performance fabric technology.

Manufactured from RPET (Recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate) and enhanced using advanced sublimation printing, it delivers lightweight comfort, vibrant colours and outstanding durability while supporting a more responsible approach to teamwear manufacturing.

RPET is created by recycling PET plastics, such as drinks bottles, and transforming them into high-performance polyester yarn. This gives existing plastic a second life while helping reduce reliance on virgin polyester.

The result is a breathable, durable performance fabric designed to meet the demands of athletes at every level of sport.

SMARTER COLOURING

COLOUR WITHOUT CONVENTIONAL DYE BATHS

Traditional textile dyeing is one of the most resource-intensive stages of garment production.

By using advanced sublimation technology instead of conventional wet dyeing, CLWB Sports colours every garment made from CŵLTech™ Eco-Fabric without the need for traditional dye baths.

Unlike conventional dyeing, sublimation permanently bonds the design into the fabric fibres using heat, creating vibrant, long-lasting colours that will not crack, peel or fade.

This process helps reduce the water and energy associated with traditional garment colouring while producing sharp, durable graphics that perform season after season.

WE PRODUCE WHAT IS REQUIRED

We believe the most sustainable garment is one that is actually needed.

Unlike many manufacturers, CLWB Sports does not produce garments in bulk and hope they will sell.

Every teamwear order is manufactured specifically for your club, school or organisation, meaning we only produce what is required.

By manufacturing to order, we help reduce overproduction, minimise unnecessary stock and avoid surplus garments ending up in landfill.

It is a smarter way to manufacture, and it ensures every customer receives freshly produced, fully customised teamwear.
